I have always loved the game of baseball. To me, baseball is the one game that comes closest to perfection in all of sports. While I loved watching the game, I have always been passionate about playing it. In the fall of 2013 I sustained an injury to my throwing shoulder which required reconstructive surgery and a year of physical therapy. It was during this time an idea came to me of distributing used baseball and softball equipment to youth who are in need of proper gear to be able to participate.
Unfortunately, a re-injury to my throwing shoulder in the summer of 2015 ended my ability to play baseball at a meaningful level at the age of 16. It was then that I realized that I did not want to be finished with the sport that I loved playing since the age of 4. So, I turned my hobby into a business, Full Count Baseball, Inc.
Full Count Baseball, Inc. is now a fully incorporated public charity recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization. Your tax deductible donation of new, or gently used baseball equipment and softball equipment will be redistributed to youth who are in need of equipment. No child should miss the opportunity to participate in the great game of baseball or softball due to their lack of appropriate equipment.
Thank you in advance for your donation.
